got needed work done. Wish someone would have told me my car was ready. I was told my car was going into the wash and would be done in about 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I went down to the cashier who said my car was ready. I don't know how long it was ready but it was outside with another car blocking it. Had to wait for guy to get keys to move the other car. My car wasn't washed but I wasn't going to wait again. No big deal but I felt like someone forgot about me. More

Took to long I came in for an oil change & tire rotation. The process took an hour & a half. That's an inconvenience. New car, first time service This was our first time getting a oil change because we have a new car. First off, i am shocked at the price of oil changes, but understand i do not This was our first time getting a oil change because we have a new car. First off, i am shocked at the price of oil changes, but understand i do not need one until I hit 10,000 miles. Brad took the time to explain all of this to me which helped me understand the maintenance needed for our Atlas. Definitely a five star for Brad. On another note...i am disappointed that your waiting did not give off a warm feeling. Glad there was water, coffee, etc, but was hoping there would be Bavarian pretzels or German chocolates to snack on. More
