My heart sunk when I noticed a screw lodged in the tire, as road hazards are not covered in the warranty, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out the low cost of the repair. The problem and the repairs were fully explained to me, and the staff was as courteous as can be. I give them the highest possible marks. More
