We bought our 2021 VW out from the lease. We paid for the certification of the vehicle. After returning the following day we noticed that the back hatch was stuck and the car was dirty after We paid for the certification of the vehicle. After returning the following day we noticed that the back hatch was stuck and the car was dirty after being charged for a car wash. We had to leave the car again and after another day, they finally fixed the issue. My issue is, if there was a certification done on the car why didn't they even try to open up all the doors and check everything?The money we were charged was substantial and I would have expected more for $1500 certification. In the end, the car was still dirty, the issue was fixed, and everyone was nice, but for the experience it was not worth it. Kind Regards, Lysa Buckner More

My salesman, John, was fantastic. However, everything AFTER the sale was a disaster. From the finance department NOT communicating clearly about expectations, paperwork needed, how to move money, to NOT being put in detail department quickly so I could FINALLY get delivery, sales manager dropped the ball, finance manager had a total attitude and GM never called me back after the first series of dropped xxxxx. Then 5 days (and 3 trips to the dealer to complete the process) AFTER I get delivery, the dealership called me on a holiday weekend demanding additional paperwork, that was NEVER requested. I will NEVER buy from this dealership and group of finance and management "professionals" again. More
