I am writing about my experience as an actual customer of VW. Being at the service department bringing my car I saw a new model and decided to explore to exchange it. I proceed to respond an email received from Lily and a manager named Rashawn send me all details and possible numbers with scenarios and request me to visit the dealership. Today I visited the dealership and for my surprised all was not true and after making me an hour all I was told was just for making me go to the dealership. Be aware this dealership is a scam, the sales team is very unprofessional. Also if you are planning to buy an EV they don’t even tell you the truth about the range and details of all your possible options. More

Robert was great to work with, he went above and beyond to help us, but the new ownership is a significant downgrade. The staff is uninformed of procedures and processes. The communication between management and staff is bad enough that customers notice immediately. It’s very frustrating to have to make 3 trips down to the dealership just to purchase out my lease. The obnoxious neon paint on the windows looks so cheap and classless.
