AVOID THIS PLACE Wow how quickly a rating can change. They told me they would handle the appointment and also ask if i needed a complimentary loan car. I never received the appointment and after waiting 10 days i got another call with the same proposal but this time Vista said they didn’t have a loaner but if i could wait then i would be scheduled fir the following week ,which i said would be fine. I never got a call and on Tuesday 2-27 i spoke with Sophia and told her the whole story which she said she would tell her service manager ti call me. That never happened!!! I called again today and explained the whole story again fir the third time and she said she emailed her service manager Fernando Arceo . THIS GUY NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN . It took too long for the process even though we negotiated everything previously my arrival. Also, I was promised to fix a dent in a side but they did not fix it and I wasted my time and almost fai negotiated everything previously my arrival. Today I was supposed to deliver my vehicle to be fixed and I confirmed previously but, again, nothing was ready. I believe the salesperson must be more prepared and informed of the situation. Sometimes I ask something and the answer is " I don't know" or "That is not me". The vehicle is promised to be inspected but I don't feel that was performed. The wheels need balance and the brakes make noises. More
