Can I give NO stars instead of one? I set an appointment that was confirmed to test drive 2 cars on Monday 1/16/23 at 9:0 wi0 AM. Ialso supplied them with information about a trade in because they were very interested in my 2016 Mini Clubman for a trade in. Unfortunately, I was about a half hour late to the appointment (thanks I-95 traffic). I forgot the name of the representative that confirmed that the 2 cars (Volkswagen Golf GTI and Volkswagen ID.4) would be ready for us when we arrived, so we just waited in the showroom for help. We spotted the Golf GTI that I was supposed to test drive still in the showroom which I thought was strange. There was NO ONE shopping in the showroom, but it still took 5 minutes to get anyone to help us. Finally an Eastern European gentleman (I use that term loosely) asked if we needed any help. I told him that I had an appointment that we were slightly late for to test drive 2 cars including the Golf GTI. He went to his computer and told me that all he saw was that I was looking to trade in my 2016 Mini Clubman. I told him which cars I wanted to test drive starting with the GTI. He told me that they usually do not let people test drive those showroom cars until they have run credit checks, etc - blah, blah, blah. I am almost 50 years old and I have never heard of that BS - EVER! He asked if I still wanted to test drive an ID.4 in a condescending tone. I told him that I wasn’t willing to do any business there if this was their attitude (with no one even in their showroom at the time). I walked out extremely frustrated at the entire experience. I can’t imagine how pathetic their service would be with a full showroom. I wasted an hour and a half of my time on my day off (Monday) driving from West Pam Beach to Pompano Beach to be treated unprofessionally by a sales person at Vista Volkswagen for just trying to take a test drive that I had an appointment to. Vista Volkswagen will NEVER get a new car sale from my household and has absolutely no chance of buying my 2016 Mini Clubman. This is VERY disappointing for the Vista brand of dealerships as I got great service from Vista Mini when I bought my Mini Clubman new. More

2014 VW PassatI brought my car to this dealership 2014 VW Passat I brought my car to this dealership because it was having an intermittent starting issue but it wasn’t throwing any codes. I towed my 2014 VW Passat I brought my car to this dealership because it was having an intermittent starting issue but it wasn’t throwing any codes. I towed my car to this specific dealership after it stalled on me because I’ve trusted them with my car since 2014 when I bought it from them. They’ve always been upfront and honest about my cars repairs until this particular time. They kept my vehicle for three days and the service advisor Greg assured me that the service technician Dave Beazer had been there forever and knows VW cars in and out and that the problem was my battery and the vacuum pump which would need to be replaced for 1600 dollars. I gave Greg the green light to go ahead and fix it if that would get me back on the road. After keeping my car for three days and not giving me a loaner I went back to the dealership because I hadn’t heard anything from Greg and he told me that my car was ready and it was being washed. I paid the 1600 dollars and drove my car home once it was ready. 5 minutes from my home my car started shaking and stalled on me. I called the dealership and asked to speak to Greg as soon as it happened and he told me that they were closing in 20 minutes and since it was Saturday they wouldn’t be open until Monday but he wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I took the car back and Greg still didn’t have a loaner to give me for my inconvenience I had to tell him that I didn’t have a way back home and after two and a half hours he finally put me in a rental from enterprise. After 3 days with the rental Greg puts me in a loaner because they were coming out of pocket for the rental and it’s easier on them if I bring the loaner back. After having the loaner for a week and them having my car for two weeks Greg then calls and assures me that the issue was the fuel pump and the fuel pump control module and it’s going to run me 1900 more dollars on top of the 1600 that I spent for them to get it right the first time . I called different 2 VW dealerships and both of them around the same area quoted 700 dollars less with both parts and labor to fix my car with oem parts. I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership, I bought my car from them and I’ve serviced my car with them every year since it was bought from them. I’ve replaced everything with this dealership and for them to treat me how they did and price gouge for their services is beyond absurd. They need to train their technicians to not make assumptions. I could’ve avoided paying 1600 dollars for an issue that I didn’t bring the car in for. I definitely won’t be bringing my car here anymore and I will stop recommending them to all my colleagues and family members that own Volkswagens. I’m more disappointed then upset because I thought I actually found a dealership that I can trust to fix my car without the games. More
Whatever you do, DO NOT order an ID4 for delivery to this dealer. Michael Stark called me on 12/06/2021 to say the car had arrived we agreed that I would be there 12/11/2021 ( have the sms log ). I opened a dealer. Michael Stark called me on 12/06/2021 to say the car had arrived we agreed that I would be there 12/11/2021 ( have the sms log ). I opened a case up with VW Customer Care because the dealer was adding what looked like allot of fees ( $3000+ ). VW Customer care took days to get back to me and finally let me know on 12/09/2021 that all was in order and to continue with the purchase. The GSM, Armand Cuko, decided to take revenge for having reached out and engaged VW Customer Care to investigate the transaction and sold the car on 12/10. Even Michael Stark didn't seem to know the car had been sold and confirmed in front of myself and Armand Cuko that we had spoken and 12/11/2021 was the agreed meet time. VW Customer Care is ZERO help since the dealer sold the car and I have to now place another order and wait another 6months. Shady dealership with Shady people. More
