Will never go to this lot again or recommend anyone else to Not the best experience we've had buying a car. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me do less. Went in and found a van we really liked and the salesman told us he could make the sale happen but in the end the deal was not good. My husband called the next day trying to talk to someone about a lower price van he seen online but the guy never called him back. This happened a couple more times before we just went back in there. We looked at the van we liked it but it was very dirty and smelled bad. The salesman said he would have it detailed that it was a great van blah blah. Well they barely cleaned anything at all it's still gross inside it smells horrible still and we are having to get work done two days after buying it but it was supposedly a great van lol what a joke. There's a DVD player in it as well but doesn't work. If you aren't buying an expensive car they don't seam to treat you as well. And we added a warranty on to it or so we thought because when we went to sign papers they tried to hurry through it and causally mention we couldn't get the warranty because the van had high mileage. Overall the experience was crap and wouldn't recommend the car lot to anyone. More

Typical sales man I was looking at a vehicle for at least 30 minutes before a man in a suit approached me. Long story short, I think I will stick with Toyota and Honda dealerships, they know how to treat their customers and have better quality vehicles by far. More

Love this dealership! This place is the best to work with! Every time I come in to get my VW serivce they always have the best attitude no matter the time of day it is... Fantastic service Excellent service. On our trip from Canada, the engine light went on and Salem was the nearest dealer .Jason and his team diagnosed the problem, resea Excellent service. Tire nearly came off We bought a truck from lithia VW. The sales Dept was great, however, we had them put some runs and tires on it and a short while later we heard a clun We bought a truck from lithia VW. Well upon taking of the hub cap one of the lug nuts fell out. Another was nearly off. Of course we had to tighten them all on each tire. Need to get some stronger guys back there in service! More
