DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE HEAR!!! HIGHLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. They tried to force me to purchase gap insurance in order to receive a lower interest rate. They failed to provide me with the buyer's gui PRACTICES. They tried to force me to purchase gap insurance in order to receive a lower interest rate. They failed to provide me with the buyer's guide of the car and instead gave me a general as-is warranty blank buyer's guide. They added the product to my sales agreement, without my consent. They charged more dealer fees than were in the original written offer. All illegal activities... Would leave zero stars if I could. Still waiting for the general manager to contact me regarding the above listed complaints. More

They will add-in additional fees at the time of signing, adding more than $1,000 to the price. Not only did I get charged these exorbitant fees, but apparently the fees they charge are for the prep work they do, prior to taking the car. I waited for hours for them to complete this prep work because they said they were busy, and the prep guys did not even do a good job or take the stickers off the wheels. So, I paid over $1000 for this service which was incomplete and kept me waiting there for hours because THEY were busy. They could care less about anything after you sign. If you really want to buy a VW, go to any other dealership and you will have a better experience than at South Motors Volkswagen. More

Our car since the beginning of the lease had an issue with the AC. It stops blowing cold air, again this is a brand new car ..., anyways so we took the car for service and they called us back 2 days later saying that the car was ready for pick up..... so we went back to pick up the car and a week later the same thing happened again. We have taking the car there 6 times for the same time. However we do understand that cars could come defect from the manufacture, but the lack of customer service provided by the Dealer ( South Motors VE) its very sad and disappointed! Very Rude! My wife even cried by the way that the service adviser talked to her, they have zero percent of customer service, they have a terrible attitude when talking to people its Unacceptable! I live in Cutler Bay and I rather to drive up to the store up north just so I dont have to deal with them ever again! Please yourself a headache and don’t go there!! More

Big difference between being sold and out for detailing. Then I get a string of emails asking if asking if they satisfied my request. Now I had told Veronica i had found another car. Of course you didn't satisfy my request, I was told car was sold then told it was out for detailing. Then the idiot Sales Manger invited me to come test drive a car that they dont know if it was sold or out for detailing. No one here knows anything whats going on and if you buy a car from these people you're expectations for customer service must be a low as the iq of the people working there. More

Such a positive change in this dealership! I have tried twice in the past to purchase a car here and they had not come close to matching what another dealership was offering nor did they care t I have tried twice in the past to purchase a car here and they had not come close to matching what another dealership was offering nor did they care to even try. I went to bring my car in for service the other weekend though and actually decided on a new car! Julio and the entire stAff were so wonderful to work with! What a positive,upbeat experience it was this time! Change is definitely good when it comes to South VW because it is like a completely different place! More
