When I arrived at my service appointment, I wasn't immediately acknowledged or greeted by the staff. However, Kenneth came in, greeted me warmly, and ensured I was properly checked in, quickly getting immediately acknowledged or greeted by the staff. Everything was going smoothly, until we got to the finance office. While I was signing the contract, I noticed an additional $3,000 had been added to the final price we had already agreed on. This charge had never been disclosed until that very moment. When we brought it up, the so-called “finance manager” Victor, told us, “No one here has more authority than me. This is the final price. For the trouble, I’ll make sure to issue a $1,500 check to compensate for the miscommunication. Please stop by next week to pick it up.” That was over a month ago. Since then, we’ve been given the runaround. They’re now saying they’ll send the money via Zelle, which we still haven’t received. When we followed up again this week, the finance manager said they couldn’t give us the money because they have no way to "justify the loss," but offered to apply the refund against the loan instead. That wasn’t the only issue. I also traded in a vehicle, and they assured me the loan on it would be paid off and closed immediately. Two weeks later, I was shocked to see an automatic payment withdrawn for that car. When I called, they told me they had already sent a check to the bank and that the bank “should refund it eventually.” I had to call and visit the dealership three separate times just to get a copy of my contract. Even then, what they printed was incomplete, it didn’t include the trade-in documentation for my previous car. Long story short: Do not trade in your vehicle with these people, and double-check your final price, even if you’ve already signed paperwork before going into the finance office. I bought my previous car from this same dealership three years ago and had a great experience. I don’t know what changed, but this new management has completely ruined any trust I had More
