Im super happy with my ID BUZZ, and the sales rep who kindly brought the car to me ! Unfortunatly by mistake the ID BUZZ was registered to incorrect name by Volkswagen South Miami, even though I request kindly brought the car to me ! Unfortunatly by mistake the ID BUZZ was registered to incorrect name by Volkswagen South Miami, even though I requested the owner name change at point of delivery. For days, and weeks I reached out, requesting confirmation on name change, with no response. After going over to tag agency I was told the title was written/issued 18 days after delivery, with incorrect name. I ended up paying for the name change. I was totally ignored. The worst ever customer service, from Volkswagen of South Miami !!!!!! Will never recommend this dealership. More
