Our sales person was great, the actual dealership wasn’t the best. We purchased a used car and when they sell it “As is” they really mean as ... Our sales person was great, the actual dealership wasn’t the best. We purchased a used car and when they sell it “As is” they really mean as is. 5 years ago there were courtesies from dealerships such as fresh oil change, air in the tires, sometimes new tires or new breaks. Not this one. We purchased the car with a low oil light and low tire pressure warning. Simple things that show pride in the product, but those are definitely lost here at this business. I’m sure if they couldn’t even put oil in the car they certainly didn’t change it, just took the time to clear the codes before a test drive. If something that basic wasn’t done, I’m not sure what they would do outside of the car being cleaned and a full tank of gas. Not much better than buying privately. To add to that they were very unorganized between the sales person and finance. Almost left no opportunity for negotiation. They really tried to force us in to buying “mandatory additional protection”. Basically a $2000 package for basics that are generally included in typical car insurance. Felt very scammy. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience and outside of the things I commented on, it was a positive environment and pleasant to be around. Read More Read Less
