Gerald took time with us, even though we informed him we wouldn't buy until this year. He maintained contact, so when we decided to purchase, we called him and made the deal. Fair trade in offered for my car. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and eager to make our buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Our new car was ready to go when we arrived and we were in and out very quickly. Will definitely come back to this dealership and work with Gerald for future needs. We live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and have dealerships closer, we will do business with VW of South MS! More
