Adam Firth is Amazing! I was looking for a Final Edition Beetle and called the dealership and talked to Adam. I specifically wanted a convertible in either black or white an I was looking for a Final Edition Beetle and called the dealership and talked to Adam. I specifically wanted a convertible in either black or white and he told me about a couple of cars they had Taft were certified preowned. The black RLine I just fell in love with. I was going to come back on Monday as I had to be at work. He worked as quickly as he possibly could, secured financing, and got all of the paperwork done in time for me to get to work on time. I would say test drive to signing paperwork took less than 2 hours. Adam is friendly, professional and it’s obvious that he loves working here at VW! More

Easy, simple & fun! -We love being apart of the VW family! After being in a horrific wreck, my husband and I were looking for a tank for our family. Adam and his team, were amazing! Ryan, Adam’s manager had his guys bring our picture perfect Atlas in from another dealership and Susan is the queen of financing! She was great at explaining the finance options using terminology we could understand! The entire VW team was awesome, but Adam, he was outstanding! He was so personable and made the buying process not only, simple but, fun! Adam went as far as driving our new Atlas to our house after filling the tank and scotch guarding our interior! Adam impressed us so much that We’ve already sent three friends to Adam for their new VWs! I look forward to our future endeavors with Adam and his team! I’m happy to say, the impeccable customer service doesn’t end with the sales team. Recently, we utilized the VW service department, they were so friendly and simple to schedule our routine service with! Nelson is the nicest gentleman and also, so personable. He not only remembered mine and my husband’s names, but also my mothers (that’s impressive)! Nelson and his team provided us with a quick and simple service AND cleaned our Atlas before we picked it up. I first started doing business with VW South MS 13yrs ago when I purchased my first VW (it still runs like a champ) and I can honestly say, throughout the years their customer service, efficiency and integrity have never fallen shy of outstanding.
