The sales staff was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about everything that I inquired about, from I recently purchased my first car here. The sales staff was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about everything that I inquired about, from financing questions to the car I was looking at, etc. My salesman was Kristian but I also worked with others, including the pre-owned manager and also the finance manager. They were supposed to close at 7 p.m. that night, but everyone stayed patiently with me until about 9 p.m. until I had everything squared away with the finance manager, and Kristian even showed me what I needed to know about the Apple Carplay features and other needed information about driving the car day-to-day until I could get back in for my "delivery" explanation. I would highly recommend using this dealership!!! More

Meet expectations They did meet expectations. I purchased my leased passat. I would of gave 5 stars if they would of gave me a free oil change. It seems after you le They did meet expectations. It seems after you leased for 3 years and willing to purchase the vehicle they would do an inspection. During the inspection fix any minor things they find give you a free oil change and detail the car. Just as if you are purchasing any other car from the dealership. I asked for a free oil change and was denied. To separate yourself from others the extra 1% beyond expectations creates "Raving Fans." More
