Brought my 2018 Passat in to scan the computer as to why my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance o my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance of a problem. Hummm! Also, my infotainment system was "wacky"...they replace the Infotainment System. Seems to work just fine now. More

What an amazing dealer. The team members are professional and courteous. The facility is to notch, Clean and organized. Lastly, the following individuals went above and beyond to provide the most professional and detailed service: Derrick Moreno ( Delivery manager), Oliver Eason ( Sales manager), and Joe Homann ( finance manager). A special thanks to Joe Homann. He is very detailed and upfront. He answered every question with truth and honesty. Thier was zero high pressure tactics or adds being pushed.
