Outstanding vehicle and outstanding customer service! Back in February, I stopped by the dealership to inquire about a new '22 Jetta SEL in oryx white. I met the salesman, Anthony Walker. He was great Back in February, I stopped by the dealership to inquire about a new '22 Jetta SEL in oryx white. I met the salesman, Anthony Walker. He was great. Zero stress, very knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. After checking with his manager, it was estimated that my car would arrive sometime in July. Long story short, the car came in earlier than expected and was exactly what I wanted. Anthony followed up and stayed in touch with me during the several month wait time. I could have chosen several VW dealerships, which had the car I wanted, much closer to home, but I elected to give Volkswagen of St. Augustine my business solely on my positive interaction with Anthony Walker. Excellent job! More

My scheduled visit was 7:45 am on Thursday, 6/2/22. My 2019 Tiguan was on the rack at 7:45! The 30,000 mile service was completed at 10 am and I was on my way.
