Bait and Switch??? On Saturday I drove a a CC Lux. Nice car with a small alignment issue that the dealer agreed to repair but only AFTER purchasing the vehicle. The pri On Saturday I drove a a CC Lux. Nice car with a small alignment issue that the dealer agreed to repair but only AFTER purchasing the vehicle. The price listed for the vehicle was $18,900 on their website with 41,800 miles. The price was as noted on their website; however, the mileage was just shy of 45,000 miles. Fast froward to today (Monday), I called Rodney B. to discuss making an offer on this vehicle. I offered $18,200 and agreed to place a deposit immediately by credit card to get the alignment repair started. At that time, Rodney stated they had adjusted the price to $19,300 and that the dealer would not go below the Saturday sticker price. What really upset me more was when I verified that price on their website. Sure enough they had adjusted the price upwards as he stated....what they failed to adjust was the addition of the 3,000+ miles. This truly seems like a dealer that had some interest in a vehicle and decided to try and make a few extra dollars. If they were just updating information, would you not also ensure complete accuracy. Its not like the dealer doesn't know that its staff is driving their used cars. It borders on false advertising! In addition, a little research seems to support the theory that Volkswagen is using a lower quality tire. There seems to be a significant number of owners reporting excessive tire noise, vibration and wear of their rear tires. The exact problem (a rear end vibration) that this dealer claims to be a rear alignment issue that they'll only repair after it is sold. More

If you need a car as a loaner while your car is being service, they are clean, well-maintained and available for customers to borrow.
