Car broke down, but they saved the trip! I have endless wonderful things to say about Annapolis Volvo Pre-Owned Center! Long story short, I was on my way with my husband to Ocean City from D. I have endless wonderful things to say about Annapolis Volvo Pre-Owned Center! Long story short, I was on my way with my husband to Ocean City from D.C., and about halfway there in my old junker Suzuki my clutch died. My car was still somewhat working when I saw in the distance a car dealership, in the hopes that there was a mechanic on site I pulled over (there wasn't). Luckily I did because I couldn't even get into their parking lot before my car completely gave up. Before I even had the chance to go inside begging for a mechanic, three men were walking towards to help us push my car into the parking lot (mind you, it was also raining). These lovely folks looked over my car and gave their unofficial recommendations, let us charge our phones, spend several hours in their offices brainstorming solutions, and let us toy with the idea of trading in our broken car for a used one. I had considered getting a new car, but hadn't done ANY research into it yet. Peter Slette and Ray Garville went above and beyond in every way. They were not pushy at all, but rather incredibly helpful and kind. They happened to have a cute little Ford Focus hatchback on site, which was practically new. So in a very uncharacteristic way, I impulsively decided to go for it and trade my junker in for the beautiful car I now own. Full honesty, I sometimes wonder about what other deals on different cars I could have gotten, but I know that I got a FANTASTIC value for my car and saved a lot of hassle of trying to fix my old crappy car yet another time. These men were incredibly compassionate and saved our vacation! We got really lucky, all thanks to Peter and Ray! More
