Annapolis Volvo Dealer/Service I am a long-time customer who was off the radar for a while but eventually came back the Volvo. Walt keeps me coming back. I have Had 6 Volvo’s servicd at Annapolis Volvo over 20 year, because of Walt and Luis , and the integrity they bring to the organization. They were fairly easy to work with getting an appointment and the time spent waiting for the checkup to be c Took my XC90 in for 70,000 mile checkup. They were fairly easy to work with getting an appointment and the time spent waiting for the checkup to be completed. However, like most service centers at a dealership, something is always wrong and needs additional repairs and cost. This visit was no exception. I take care of my vehicles so this was not a problem, the problem is after spending twice than what I was told initially it would cost and waiting an addition 2 hours to complete the repairs I drive home and the engine light comes on again. This is typical when dealing with Annapolis Volvo Service nothing is ever easy or done the first time. While they are pleasant i would rather deal with some grumpiness and get it right the first time. More

I would not want anyone else working on my car. The Volvo service center is the best. Everyone there goes out of there way to give you the best service. They are great with loaner cars if you need one. The waiting area is great also and you get a nice clean car back. More
