Kevin, the service writer fred the technician were great trying to figure this out and I know it was a difficult one and everybody did a great job that was involved I appreciate everything they did. The service itself was excellent. Getting in touch with this dealership to make the appointment is very difficult. They don't seem to be answering their phone and I was forced to ma Getting in touch with this dealership to make the appointment is very difficult. They don't seem to be answering their phone and I was forced to make my appointment on-line. While that is generally fine, I had questions and was forced to drive to the dealership to get them answered. On the day of service, the service tech, Kevin, was very helpful when we dropped the car off. He texted me right away with his contact information, which was very appreciated since I was worried about not being able to reach them by phone when it would be time to pick up the car. More

Excellent service by Rachel. Anytime I have an issue I can just email her knowing she'll quickly reply. Great experience every time I brought my car to her. Kevin was very responsive to our situation. He got us in the same day for the battery and managed to reschedule for that day our 20,000 mile service that had been scheduled for the next week.
