I was told my service would take max two hours so I chose to wait. It ended up taking 6+ hours for scheduled maintained and a tire change. I understand staffing shortages and things taking longer than planned, but I would expect better communication up front and during the wait. More

I am very upset that Luis is not there anymore. I have been getting service at this dealership for close to 20 years with Luis as my service representative. It was not the same this time.
