I am very upset that Luis is not there anymore. I have been getting service at this dealership for close to 20 years with Luis as my service representative. It was not the same this time. The only reason I purchased my second Volvo from Annapolis Volvo was because of Luis in the service department. I may consider going to another service department in the future. More
Incredibly pleased with the expeditious way in which General Manager Allan got the balls rolling per se to have my car towed in 15 minutes after having waited from 10:30 am until 4:30 PM for Volvo On Ca General Manager Allan got the balls rolling per se to have my car towed in 15 minutes after having waited from 10:30 am until 4:30 PM for Volvo On Call More
The service was great, the staff was friendly and the waiting area was well-appointed and comfortable. My who annual service visit was basically perfect -- as always. waiting area was well-appointed and comfortable. My who annual service visit was basically perfect -- as always. More
NOT happy. I am looking forward to the expiration of my warranty with Volvo Cars Annapolis. It seems that every annual trip (from where I live, in Calvert C I am looking forward to the expiration of my warranty with Volvo Cars Annapolis. It seems that every annual trip (from where I live, in Calvert County) for preventive maintenance service is yet another opportunity to get ripped off. Most recently, "Rachel" took the liberty of ordering replacement of a part that was partially covered under a separate warranty contract, without getting prior authorization; this, despite being specifically told otherwise. I put her on the phone with the warranty folks TWICE. The resulting non-prior authorization (NPA) required me to submit the documents twice, AND Shawn Fenwick having to submit the documents twice. Four separate submissions. The whole hassle to get this squared away has taken over a month. I waited about 5 hours. And I don't think the windshield wipers were replaced, either. I think I can get better, more honest, more thorough and personal vehicle service from the independent, foreign-auto repair shop that I patronize (for my other, older Volvo) locally in Prince Frederick. At the very least, it will save me the drive. Besides, I prefer to support "the little guy".... More
The timeliness of getting an appointment and how long they had my car was longer than expected; however, providing a loaner car allowed me to keep my other commitments without much impact. they had my car was longer than expected; however, providing a loaner car allowed me to keep my other commitments without much impact.
