The service dept greeted me immediately and took me back to service it. They were able to plug the tire and pull two nails out of the tire. He tested the tire and assured me it was nor damaged. It took me 2 trips to this dealership to diagnose a clicking noise. The technician confirmed the noise but could not identify the problem. I know you all are so under staffed and she did not show this in her actions or responses. She went far beyond her job when a reset in my dash was needed before I drove away she simple asked me to get out of the vehicle and then drove the car herself back to service so the matter could be quickly taken care of and I would not have to wait longer. I hope the fact of her great customer service gets back to Volvo leadership. Good customer service is rare. On another note Darian Cooper in parts/service was very helpful when I was interested in buying some Volvo products. He found out detailed information on pricing so quickly and let me know. I think he had just started 3 weeks ago but already was willing to help were needed.He had great follow though on my request. Lastly two young men one in detailing, Brandon and the other Joe the Volvo technician ,who brought my car back to me were both extremely respectful and helpful when explaining about my dashboard sensor reset. I really wanted to know the workings and they both took the time to explain when I know they were super busy and had other customers. Best Kirsten Sorensen More
