It’s unfortunate that a loaner vehicle is no longer an option. I live 30 minutes away and have two small children (a 1 month old & 3 yr old) and sitting at the dealership for hours waiting for service is option. What a nightmare just trying to make an appointment! First I tried calling and got the message to leave a message and someone would get back to me. It didn't happen. I tried again the next day, and again left a message. Again no one got back to me. I then sent the Manager of the dealership an email and FINALLY got a response. When I arrive I gave the presented my Maintenance Insurance card and booklet (with Endurance Insurance) to the advisor. She told me oil changes, etc. were not covered by my policy and that it only covered mechanical repairs. She said she would call the company to check (which she never did). Since this was the first time I was having service done since I purchased the policy I didn't dispute what she said. I have since called the Insurance company and was told that my policy does cover oil changes, etc. and that the dealership is supposed to submit the claim. More

I've been a Volvo customer at this dealership for years - on my 2nd Volvo from them. Have always been impressed and happy with the level of service, but it seems to be declining. We had our 60k mile service on my 2nd Volvo from them. Have always been impressed and happy with the level of service, but it seems to be declining. We had our 60k mile service in December and no one alerted us to the front brakes and rotor wear that would need replacement soon. Instead, I called for an emergency appointment because I heard metal on metal when braking all of a sudden. Had they mentioned it, we could have avoided a full front replacement when they were metal on metal. When I asked how to avoid this happening again without being a mechanic myself, they said I had to be proactive and ask about the brake pad measurements at every service... I couldn't disagree more. A major reason for keeping up with service appointments is so the experts can alert you to upcoming needs. You expect a level of customer service from Volvo and that seems to be declining as well. The car used to be wiped and vacuumed after major repairs or service and it wasn't this time -- just went through the car wash. There were also no loaners available as I was told they sold them all. They were also too busy to give me a ride, so we had to shuffle our schedule in order to get the car in for this emergency repair that could have easily been avoided had they told us in December. I am wondering what we paid for with the 60k service and am pretty disappointed after this experience. More

I have purchased all of my Volvos and have had them serviced only at Annapolis Volvo. The staff is always professional, efficent, friendly, and courteous. Worst ever experience this time with this arrogant serviceman Walt Clements. Had to call 8 times to check on my car while it was sitting at the parking for 9 days and always lied saying he will call b serviceman Walt Clements. And finally provided a reason saying the cylinders are gone and no pint of fixing it and still charged me $171. I ended up selling the car for very cheap and the new buyer called and said he fixed the car with a new starter. I lost thousands of dollars because of their lies. More

Was told that I would be able to get a car while my car was worked on. Was told when I brought it in that "they could call a Lyft and add it to my bill" so I left and rescheduled it for the next week on a was worked on. The girl I spoke with got an attitude with me and tried to tell me I couldn't wait at the dealership. I ended up having to take the Lyft anyway because I had to pick up some over time at work, which at least made the 150$ Uber round trip worth it. But that was ridiculous More

I had very good service while at the dealership. They were prompt and communicated when my car was ready. I could not give a 5 star secondary to an issue when returning home from appointment. A hour into my return trip, the TPMS light came on. I pulled into a tire store in Cambridge to check my tires. They were all over inflated. One was 50# versus the required 35#. More
