The scheduling and service was very efficient. My only complaint is in regard to a configuration change for the cargo area of my V60. I ordered a spare tire and spare tire container from the dealer, but couldn't get the tire to fit properly. The dealer tried to make the kit fit during a routine scheduled service, but discovered that another cargo floorboard part number was required. When I got home, I found that one of the plastic clips on the cargo floor was broken, apparently when the technician tried to close it. I understand how this could happen but it would have been better if they would have let me know. Otherwise, the service was excellent. More
