Despite the fact that I brought my car in to be serviced on the wrong day, Luis went above and beyond to get the maintenance check done on my car. Overall the team seems uninterested in solving issues that to beyond a warning light or basic service. I have brought an issue up on multiple occasions only to have my car test driven, and then told that that to beyond a warning light or basic service.
