Car smelled of an oily mechanic, was not washed or vacuumed. Walt was absolutely great. But it took 5 days to replace my battery....left the lights on overnight. Lost the weekend in those days as well. Another time, I had just bought my Volvo and wasn't happy wit my battery....left the lights on overnight. Lost the weekend in those days as well. Another time, I had just bought my Volvo and wasn't happy with the color (women!) I talked to the manager about switching to a different color and he said to come in. When I got there, he was busy, so I got another person. Manager did not even acknowledge me and the color switch came out to cost more than 6k! He could have given me a ballpark price for the project and saved me a lot of time. I wound up being in the dealership for 3 hours that night to get that question answered. I generally do not look forward to going to this dealership when I have to go there. More
