I had my car serviced at this location for oil change, rotation, etc. Upon picking up my vehicle,I noticed they did not refill windshield fluid for rear window,which I requested each time whenever they se rotation, etc. Upon picking up my vehicle,I noticed they did not refill windshield fluid for rear window,which I requested each time whenever they service my vehicle , but never done. Whenever, I bring this concern to the Service Department they always claim they forgot to refill windshield fluid for the rear window. Also,I had my tires balanced/rotated;but they forgot to adjust air filtration in my car setting menu after this service;which is always done by the dealership after the above-mentioned service. Im very disappointed with the poor service at this location. More

Paid 500 percent mark-up for bulb that didn't work. Couldn't return it because it had already been "installed".
