I was not helped right away and told my car issue wasn’t urgent. I was transferred several times and sent to Walt’s voicemail. My car was not fixed for 2+ weeks. I took my 2017 XC90 in for AC maintenance. It was blowing hot air and it turns out it needed Freon at 51K miles. I am not sure why I have so many issues with this year vehicle but the service depart blowing hot air and it turns out it needed Freon at 51K miles.
