Brought my XC-90 in for the 20K service and to have a trailer hitch installed. When setting this appointment I made sure the trailer hitch kit was available (the parts department assured me it was). Drop trailer hitch installed. When setting this appointment I made sure the trailer hitch kit was available (the parts department assured me it was). Dropped the car off on Sunday. I called early afternoon on Monday to check on the progress. A young lady said she would check and "call me right back".....but she did not call. Later the first day I called again and left a voicemail for Walt to call with a status.....but got no call back. Early afternoon on the second day Walt called to say the parts kit for the trailer hitch was incomplete and the earliest they could get the parts was a month. Needless to say I was not impressed with this service. More
