Mark Oshidari The sales associate was very helpful in walking us through the features of the car and explaining how things operated since this was the first hybrid recharge that we have ever owned. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Jacob Fratt was very helpful in answering all of financial ins and outs of the purchase. The only glitch was He started off saying that we could get a 4.99% Interest rate when we were talking about the different vehicles we were interested in. Then when we ended up with the vehicle that we had chosen, he came back after our credit rating, which was extremely high and said that we only qualified for a 6.99% so that was a little confusing. ( It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it could’ve been for other customers) He was very professional and kind. Joe Hernandez in finance was very helpful in describing what all of the options were available for Supplemental coverages, and made sure we understood what was and wasn’t covered, which was very helpful.
