Beautiful dealership. Went in with my sister for a new battery service in her Volvo. I was just along for the ride. Josh, extremely nice gentleman, pulled a close clone of the car on the floor to the front parking lot for a test drive, didn't ask, no pressure. I was very impressed with the car after the drive. So, over the next 9 days Josh and I kept in touch, I wanted the car, and we made a deal. I only dealt with Josh, wasn't passed around to anyone else in the dealership. I was shocked , actually. The only other person involved was Nick in finance for the paper work on the day of purchase. Nick, another extremely personable young man. I had never enjoyed the new car dealership process, I hadn't purchased a new car from a dealer since 1986. But this changed in one chance meeting with Josh at Arrowhead Volvo.
