My only complaint is that I had to wait longer for my car to be finished than they promised, Bridgewater Volvo service center does a high quality job. My only complaint is that I had to wait longer for my car to be finished than they promised, even when I had an appointment. They promised 60 - 90 minutes for a routine service and it took 110 minutes. Even then, the car had not been washed and I had to leave for an appointment I was late for. More

Unscheduled work diagnosed and fixed on a Saturday! My wife's V70 had the Check Engine light come on Saturday morning accompanied by an intermittent miss. I called to have it looked at around 11AM. They My wife's V70 had the Check Engine light come on Saturday morning accompanied by an intermittent miss. I called to have it looked at around 11AM. They said if we got it in right away, they would look at it on Saturday (same day). We dropped it off around 11:30. Got a call before 1 that it was a bad fuel pressure sensor and a call just after 3 that it was fixed! Really nice service advisor; car was washed when picked up at 3:30. Great service! More
