It was a 10K service I go to the Volvo Dealer in Bridgewater because of the service department and the head of that program. I have known Jim Cole for years and I trust him without question. I made an appointment, my car was taken right away and serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. I also mentioned that the seat belt goes across my neck and I thought it was dangerous as well as uncomfortable. One of the men from the service department as well as Jim researched my issue and within just a few minutes had an answer that was a product on Amazon for under $7. That product arrived the next day and has made it much more comfortable and less dangerous. More

Tire Repair and Replacement The car picked up a tail in the tire. Carl and Svc dept took good care of it.
