The service rep was very courteous and accommodating - he explained the service to me when I made the appointment - I was told it would be 20/25 mi The service rep was very courteous and accommodating - he explained the service to me when I made the appointment - I was told it would be 20/25 minutes I called 1 day before the service to reconfirm the time it would take to complete; as I had a flight to catch to Europe that afternoon Once again I was informed it would be 20/25 minutes tops As 1 hr approached, I texted the rep in service to find out the status and was informed in person it as complete but the process to change my door seal was more complicated and thus time consuming Although I appreciate it being fixed , I feel that the service estimated time should be more accurate I have spent a total of 2:45 minutes and 2 visits to resolve this issue If future Time estimates are more accurate that would be very helpful Thx More

VOLVO is great! I have going to Bridgewater service since I purchased my car in 2006. Their service is exceptional.
