Longtime Bridgewater Volvo Customer I bring my Volvo to the dealership when I need it serviced, because I feel comfortable with the service personnel there and am confident that they wil I bring my Volvo to the dealership when I need it serviced, because I feel comfortable with the service personnel there and am confident that they will do what needs to be done, do it well, and not oversell me on the repair work. The service this time was again to that high standard, beginning with ordering the needed new tire in the parts department on the previous day; receiving a warm and reassuring greeting from Nuno Ferreira (rag #912*W*) in the service department; enjoying the comfortable service area, with the coffee and snacks provided for waiting customers; and finally receiving my vehicle, washed and with the work completed: a new front right tire installed and the rear left tire checked for a very slow leak, which apparently is so slow as to be undetectable in the water bath. Now, I look forward to bringing the car to the dealership on August 23, for its annual servicing. More
