However, the few times we made appointments with one of your associates, we would arrive on time only to find out that your associates were busy with other customers. So we ended up waiting a considerable amount of time, and wondered, what was the point of making an appointment in the first place. At least once, I left a voicemail for an associate, but I was told when I arrived that he had no voicemail. Perhaps it's a matter of your office being short-staffed - if a customer makes an appointment for a certain time, then there should be an associate ready to meet with the customer at that time - we shouldn't be waiting for over an hour, because other walk in customers (who did not have an appt.) arrived before us. Again, what's the point of making an appointment? So although our experience with Dominick and Zach was positive, we found the overall experience with this dealer to be lacking. We purchased from this dealer because we had decided to buy a Volvo and this was the closest location to us, not because our experience was ideal. More

This dealership is obviously selective about the type of vehicles they sell and is not looking to take advantage of anyone. The price was also incredibly fair. Second, Mr. DiFalco is the most genuine car salesman I have ever met. Even though we were not purchasing a new Volvo he was attentive, yet not pushy or rushing to make a sale.
