Recently we made a choice to lease my son a new Volvo XC60 as he wanted a new Volvo as his first car. Dominick was and always kind to us and this sale was no different, we found exactly what my son was looking for and he loves it every day. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking into buying a new Volvo. Steve was also very kind and helped us get the necessary coverage on my son's car to ensure his safety. Dominick was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and kept the communication open. He's even called to check up on us a few days after our purchase to make sure everything was going ok. We never felt pressured and there were no gimmicks. Steve was our business manager. He was also very knowledgeable and straight forward when we finalized the sale. Overall this was one of the best car shopping experiences that we have ever had and would recommend anyone to this dealership. More

CPO inspection for 2016 Volvo XC60 I purchased a 2016 CPO XC60 from this dealership on 05/31/2017. I had a problem with my front rotors. I was unable to deal with the issue immediately I purchased a 2016 CPO XC60 from this dealership on 05/31/2017. I had a problem with my front rotors. I was unable to deal with the issue immediately after purchasing the vehicle because I was from out of state and driving back and forth with a severe autoimmune small fiber polyneuropathy. In addition, I had a hospital stay for my disease for over a week so it took some time to address the issue with my XC60, which I initially thought was simple tire balancing. It turned out that my front rotors were warped, contributing to the front end of the car to shake. Jim Cole, the service manager took care of the situation and replaced them under warranty. I did have to get new brakes in the back, which was unexpected, so I encourage you to ask for the Certified Comprehensive Inspection Report before buying to make sure you know, where the brake levels are and if there were any other problems reported on there. And no matter who the dealer is always get an independent mechanic/service to look over the vehicle before buying even a CPO vehicle, never rush into it, and even look into the type of tires. The Hankook Optimo H426 were brand new on my XC60, were only marginal in dry conditions and did absolutely horribly in the rain and snow, so I had to spend another $1000 on tires (Continental DWS06), which included mounting and balancing and 4 wheel alignment and now it handles MUCH better in all conditions. The Hankooks got terrible reviews on both tirerack.com and tirereviewsandmore.com, and I do know the difference between a decent tire and a poor one, having purchased many different types for many of my vehicles over the years doing quite a bit of driving in poor weather conditions. My salesman, John Maxton, was very good! Jim Cole, the service manager was very understanding with my front rotors, even though I was coming back to them several months later he replaced them for which I am extremely thankful!! This dealership obviously values their customers, so I would not hesitate to shop there. More

I have had car buying experiences at Subaru and Jeep that made me want to never buy a car again - a lot of haggling and wasting of my time. This was easy, painless, and actually fun. And I got a great deal. I will buy all of my cars here in the future from Dominick. Steve Dolly took good care of us once we purchased the car. I highly recommend this dealership. More

My Best Car Experience Ever I had called to make an appointment at Bridgewater Volvo. I had an Audi that the lease was up in a couple of months. Ben Evans my lovely internet sa I had called to make an appointment at Bridgewater Volvo. I had an Audi that the lease was up in a couple of months. Ben Evans my lovely internet salesman introduced me to Dominick DiFalco as "the nicest man that you ever want to meet" and he was right. I was there for about an hour and a half and I was very transparent with Dominick about what my budget was and what I was looking for and he worked and he work to get exactly what I wanted. Not only that but two days later, I changed my mind about the color and he worked to find me the color that I wanted with the interior. Needless to say, I picked up my car last week. He waited for me to get in from New York and so did Steve who very efficiently went over all of my paperwork. Then after the dealership closed, Dominick worked with me to make sure that I knew all of the things I needed to know to get my new car safely home. And may I say, I LOVE my new S60!! Thank you Dominick, Steve and Ben the entire team at Bridgreater Volvo. Xo!! More

Went in looking for a car, went out with an S60! After having to sell my Volvo S40 in 2016 to finish paying for school, I have now completed school successfully and immediately wished to return to Vo After having to sell my Volvo S40 in 2016 to finish paying for school, I have now completed school successfully and immediately wished to return to Volvo, and purchase a car through Bridgewater Volvo. This is my second purchase from Mr. DiFalco, but not my family's from the Long Motor Company. We have bought or leased a total of now 8 Volvos from all dealerships, but I specifically sought out Bridgewater Volvo for Mr. Difalco and his professionalism and ability to not pressure me into a sale. In turn, I am happy to report that I've returned to Volvo and intend to purchase my Ice White S60 T5 once the lease is up! More
