No hassle, all harmony. My back was up and I had on my game face when I walked into the dealership, but I was quickly put at ease, and never felt hassled. From the minute we walked in the door, I knew this wasn't going to be an ordinary experience. We were introduced to Dominic who at the end of the day, was why we chose a Volvo. He spent time with us answering all of us questions with honesty and integrity. There was no hassle, and everything that was done from start to finish was stress free and pleasant. Nothing was "behind closed doors", we were spoken to like respected buyers and treated like we were VIPS! We knew we wanted an SUV, and stopped at Volvo on a whim because it was next to the Ford dealership where we were turning in our lease. We always thought a Volvo was going to be to expensive for us but Dom took the time to explain the safety features, unique qualities, and affordability of the brand. We took an SUV for a test drive and LOVED it. However, wanted to do our due diligence in looking at other options . We decided to go across the street and look at the Ford. We took the new Explorer for a test drive and left feeling like "just another customer", we were also surprised that it was the same price as the Volvo! After sitting in the Ford showroom, feeling like just a deal, we immediately decided we want to give Dominic our business. Even if the pricing would have been more, we wanted to be a part of the Volvo Bridgewater family. Everyone made us feel like we were important and our business mattered. After letting Dom know what our budget was, we walked away very happy in a loaded XC60. Even the dreaded time in the Finance office was a pleasure. Steve made us feel like we were old buddies and once again treated the deal with honesty and integrity. Having been around the business, Bridgewater Volvo has assembled the best in the business and we will be customers for life. More

Ben and Dominick DiFalco both stayed late at Bridgewater Volvo so that I could look at and purchase my car. This went above and beyond. When I returned two days later to finalize the deal Dominick and Steve had all of the paperwork completed, my Volvo phone app set up and I was driving home much sooner than expected. Dominick provided a thorough explanation of the functions of my new Volvo and I left as a confident owner. Dominick's follow ups have been wonderful and he always has the answer to my questions. What a fine asset to this dealership! More

John was our sales person and he was very polite and courtious. There was no deceiving sales pitch or sales pressure. He gave us enough time to choose what we want and took time to explain each feature. He was very professional and we had the best sales experience with him and with Bridgewater Volvo. After sales service was also excellent. When ever we have a question, we call John and he would take time to explain. We wish him good luck. More
Great Customer Service by Ben We were researching online to try to figure out which model of Volvo would be best for us and connected with Ben Evans, Ben was very helpful in answe We were researching online to try to figure out which model of Volvo would be best for us and connected with Ben Evans, Ben was very helpful in answering our questions and located the car we decided we wanted (a 2016 S60 Inscription Platinum) at a sister dealership, He was going to have the car transported to his dealership in Somerville, but, at our request, he had the car moved to Edison instead, where it was more convenient for us to go to see it. We dealt with another person when we visited that dealership. We did not realize it at the time, but Ben's accommodating our request to see the car at another dealership may have meant that Ben did not get any credit for the sale, which we made at the sister agency. Ben nevertheless did not hesitate to provide this service to us. Great customer service by Ben! More

We were able to work through most of the paperwork online or by phone. On delivery day we arrived and we're greated by a number of very friendly staff, a nice gift, and had very knowledgeable transition. The staff worked well past closing time to answer our questions. I had one final question after I arrived back home and I sent a text message to Dominick and he replied in short order as well as followed up with us again on Sunday - his day off. The experience was wonderful and we were lucky to have met the entire Bridgewater Volvo team. More
Service dept They did my 30, service called to have 40, done and now they say that was done at 30, so what is the reason you get 30 down at 30 give 40 done at 40 They did my 30, service called to have 40, done and now they say that was done at 30, so what is the reason you get 30 down at 30 give 40 done at 40 not 40 done at 30 now they want to do a 50 at 40 going thru Volvo now guy in the service department is very rude and I even have an extended warranty on my car talk to two different people and they came out with two different stories when I was there for 30 they wouldn't give me wiper blades because they said oh no you can't have them till 40,000 now the story has all changed Would not trust them for nothing anymore after the different stories I've been toldwhy would you do 30,000 40,000 together 30,000 miles what would be the reason going through valve on filing a complaint would not take my car back there hey would not even at 30,000 rotate my tires they want to charge me spent $30,000 and they can't rotate your tires or do a 40,000 mile service More

We were helped with financing by Steve Dolly, also a very positive experience. I have had to use the service department as well and they were beyond excellent. I hope I'm getting his name right, I think it's Nonu, was professional and friendly. I love Bridgwater Volvo! More
