Dominicks was very helpful, honest and friendly. Did not use any sales trick to push. Our buying experience with Volvo Bridgewater was pleasant and very efficient. We nailed our deal in one trip. I heard a bad sound coming from my front right wheel well. I contacted the Service department as they had helped me with major repairs to my 2004 S60 before and was not disappointed. Carl was great an well. I contacted the Service department as they had helped me with major repairs to my 2004 S60 before and was not disappointed. Carl was great and the Service department did an excellent job fixing my vehicle and recommending future repairs. Given the age and mileage of my car, it is comforting to know Bridgewater Volvo is there to keep me rolling. I hope to keep the car in good shape and hand it down to my son in 3 years when he's ready to drive. More

Steve was great to work with - he was patient and informative, knowledgable about the car, accessories and performance, he stayed a bit late to complete the work order for my car, as I changed my min informative, knowledgable about the car, accessories and performance, he stayed a bit late to complete the work order for my car, as I changed my mind about color - he even went out back to drive the Seashell XC60 up front into the light so I could look at the color to make sure I liked it - and when I picked up the car I was really happy with the car and the color choice. Steve has a good sense of humor which helped keep my husband (Mr Funny) in check :-), this really helped to make the purchase enjoyable. He made the car buyig experience terrific - this is my 3rd Volvo from Bridgewater, keep hiring people like Steve Kathe Balinski More
I purchased a new car from Bridgewater Volvo because I love the cars. This is my 5th Volvo that I have either leased/owned since 2007. I was returning a 2010 S80 that I had leased and decided to look at s love the cars. This is my 5th Volvo that I have either leased/owned since 2007. I was returning a 2010 S80 that I had leased and decided to look at something else. Because of the promotion going on whereby there was :no down payment, no security, no first month payment and a loyalty bonus, this made a decision easier for me. The salesman who sold me on my prior 4 deals is no longer working at Bridgewater (I miss him, Gary W.) a new salesman for me was Stephen Boyland. He was exceptional in dealing with me, very honest and upfront and very knowledgeable about the cars. I was very pleased dealing with him, so I went and leased anew Volvo S-60. I would definitely recommend the dealership and the salesman to any and all looking for a car. P.S. I've used the service department for all needs for all my cars in the past 5 years and they are top notch. More
there are so many negative things that happened, I'm not even sure where to begin. this was your typical bait and switch. I called about 2 cars, 1 in Edison and 1 in Princeton. I spoke with Dave on a Sat even sure where to begin. this was your typical bait and switch. I called about 2 cars, 1 in Edison and 1 in Princeton. I spoke with Dave on a Saturday night and he asked where I lived. he said Bridgewater was closest for me and he would arrange for both cars to be brought there. I called back on Monday and said I would be in Wednesday afternoon, would the cars be there. his reply was "yes, absolutely". when I arrived Dave was out sick and a very slick, fast talking salesman said the cars weren't there. I was furious, I drove an hour to see them. he said 1 was having the wheels cleaned at the other dealership (!!??) and the other he wouldn't give me an answer on even though I asked twice why it wasn't there. he said if I wanted to see the one being cleaned I could drive over, it was an hour away. I said no. he immediately showed me another car that wasn't even on their website and said he could let it go today for $26,500. I test drove it the the supposedly certified car and it was shaking very badly and smelled like exhaust. when I returned he was mysteriously gone and another salesman took over. he proceeded to tell me about the 2 cars that weren't there and I said I'm not interested. then the original guy came back and said "I understand you had concerns about the car. don't worry...they will all be fixes by the time you pick up the car". then he sat down, did the salesman folding of the hands and said I can let it go today for $25,500. I never said I was interested in it. if they are certifying cars that run that badly I would never buy it. I said no thanks and left. a total and complete waste of my time. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. they probably never even had these 2 cars for sale. this dealership and behavior are what gives salesmen a bad name. More
