Steve Dolly was an exceptional salesperson... well versed not only on Volvo but other car companies we were contemplating on pursuing. We felt comforted by his "straight shooter" and "no pressure to make not only on Volvo but other car companies we were contemplating on pursuing. It was a pleasure to work with Stephen Boyland to purchase my new Volvo. He was extremely professional, spent as much time as was needed to answer all my questions prior to my purchase, worked very purchase my new Volvo. He was extremely professional, spent as much time as was needed to answer all my questions prior to my purchase, worked very hard to get me the best price and then carefully walked me through the various features and settings in the vehicle before I drove it home. This is the second time I have purchased a new Volvo from Bridgewater Volvo and would not go anywhere else. Everyone at the facility is very pleasant and friendly, not at all pushy and truly exemplify the Volvo for Life motto! More

Everyone I dealt with at at the dealership was extremely friendly. I didn't feel like I was under any pressure and did not feel like I had salespeople taking advantage of me as I have at other dealerships. friendly. The appointment is always punctual. I'm kept apprised of what's being done to my car, and how long it will take. The waiting room is comfortable; and since I usually book early morning appointments, I appr what's being done to my car, and how long it will take. Excellent dealership. I chose the dealership because of new vehicle price and location, but the sale team turned out to be outstanding. I have been using the dealership for the scheduled maintenance and a new vehicle price and location, but the sale team turned out to be outstanding. I have been using the dealership for the scheduled maintenance and a warranty repair and they were even better! They stay on schedule, communicate well, and make sure that you get to work or home while they have the car. Nice waiting area with food and WiFi if needed. The car is always washed when returned. I will continue using this dealer for both purchases and service. More

Although times are difficult for all concerned, however, how does one put a price tag on your safety as well as our family and friends that are in our vehicle!!! I CALL IT PEACE OF MIND!!! Yes, I believe I pay a bit more here, but HOW CAN ONE PUT A PRICE TAG ON SAFETY, PROFESSIONALISM, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TOP NOTCH---AND THEY ALWAYS E-MAIL A COUPON THAT I CAN USE. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CARL @ THE BRIDGEWATER VOLVO ASSIST ME. HE SIMPLY IS THE BEST!!! I bought my S40 almost a year ago from Bridgewater, and every time I take it in for service, EVERYONE is wonderful.
