Just bought a new Volvo S60 - my first Volvo ever. I was a little cautious, but David Yarussi was no nonsense, no hassle and not at all pushy. I did my research on the car and pricing before meeting him and the prices Dave quoted were consistent so that I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and the new car. I have been waiting to complete this survey in hopes that the outcome would be different. I originally visited Bridgewater Volvo to test drive a used '08 Mazda 3 which was for sale. Dennis quoted me a price and that night I called him back to say I was interested in the car if they would take care of 2 items: The radio faceplate and Mazda emblem in the middle of the steering wheel needed to be replaced (due the the plating being removed by previous owner). Dennis said he would discuss with Ed and since Dennis was off the next day Ed would call me. Ed did in fact call me back the following day and said that he found some after market faceplates for the radio. I asked him to contact Mazda for an original replacement he said he would and even offered me a CREDIT for the replacement if I would buy the car. I agreed to stop by that night and give it a final look. About and an hour later he called to tell me the vehicle was sold at auction. Ed was eventually able to undo the auction sale and I did stopped by that night to view the car again. We agreed to move forward with the purchase only now Ed said he would replace the radio faceplate at his cost plus labor to install it which would cost me close to $400. Also as I sat in the car Ed said the owner's manual is in the glove box, it was not so I asked Dennis to check around the shop for the owner's manual. He was never able to find it so I figured BV would order one for me, they never offered so now I need to order a $20 owner's manual. Finally the day I picked up the car, on my way home I noticed the driver side floor mat was missing. I did not notice when I picked up the car because the service dept left the paper floor mat covers in the car. I immediately emailed Dennis and after about a week he replied and said he would ask the service dept if they had it, after a couple weeks when I came in to pick up my plates he informed me that he could not locate the floor mat and I was not offered a replacement. I realize I bought a $14,000 used car for my son, however due to the after sale service and lack of follow up will not visit any Volvo County dealership the next time I need a new car. More

Drove into Bridgewater Volvo just to see what was on the lot. Did not expect to buy my dream Jeep. That's exactly what happened. After talking to Steven, he had me sold. He is such a wonderful person, very patient and kind, and was so happy for me that my dream came true. I LOVE MY NEW JEEP. Steve even spent time detailing the car just for me. It's a 2008 and everyone thinks it's brand new because it's so shiny and perfect. He waited outside and watched me drive away. He called me 2 days later just to find out how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I urge everyone in the market for a new or used car to go to Bridgewater Volvo. You will be extremely pleased. More

After shopping for a CPO Volvo S40 around the Greater Philadelphia area unsuccessfully, I started looking online and found a car that I was interested in at Princeton Volvo, of the Volvo Country triad- Philadelphia area unsuccessfully, I started looking online and found a car that I was interested in at Princeton Volvo, of the Volvo Country triad- when I called to inquire about the test drive I found out that the car was actually at Bridgewater. It was a bit further out of our way, but it was well worth the trip. Steven Dolly, our salesperson, was attentive, knowledgeable and genuine. He listened to me and my needs and found me the perfect S40. He provided excellent customer service and has continued to do so after the purchase. On the day of my "delivery" Steve spent an hour in the passenger seat, explaining how to use each feature- he also encouraged me to call him anytime. I've taken him up on the offer and have called him to ask questions (as this is my first Volvo) and Steve has always been a tremendous help. I can't praise him enough. I love the car and my experience at Bridgewater was great. More
