I was very disappointed with the service I received when picking up my car. The person that was supposed to go over the features told me to put On Call on my phone, paired my phone with the car and basical picking up my car. The person that was supposed to go over the features told me to put On Call on my phone, paired my phone with the car and basically nothing else. I told him that I have never had a Volvo before and did not even know what questions to ask. My friend who has a Volvo came over the next day and went over everything. I then realized that I didn't even know how to navigate to find out what I needed to know and nothing about the car. I did call the dealership to tell them how angry I was at this point. I got an apology from the salesperson but no response from anyone else at Volvo. I wouldn't say I won't recommend this dealership but I would hope that this didn't happen to anyone else. More
