The dealership, in general is good. But, my biggest problem is WHO do I ask my questions to? Meaning; I want to know what temperature does my car heat up to, when I use remote start fro But, my biggest problem is WHO do I ask my questions to? This is only one example, I have many questions, but don’t know who to contact to ask these questions to. Also, when I bought my 2022 Volvo, I was promised a hard paper copy owners manual. They said it would be ordered for me. Now it turns out there is no manual so I can’t get one. Also, I was told that DataDots would allow my car to be tracked anywhere in United States if it was stolen. That is absolutely untrue. Data dots have no ability to track a vehicle anywhere.
