I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from a different dealership. I have made several attempts (5) through their website to obtain service information for scheduled service and other questions about my V dealership. I have made several attempts (5) through their website to obtain service information for scheduled service and other questions about my Volvo. They do not respond to emails, I don't understand why they offer email contact information if they do not respond. I will have to find an alternate service center since the next closest dealership is about an hour away from me. They don't represent the Volvo brand very well. More

Dwayne was respectful and noticed how well I took care of my Trade-in Volvo and he was the hook for Dana to work her fine sales technique. Dana is pure gold with this dealership she is kind, knowledgeable, and patient while letting me make the decision. Roger Kyriacou had a lot of patience for all the questions I was asking. Roger said, "I could call with questions at any time." Finance agent Mike apprised me of all of my options and he did it with Grace.
