Pleasant and Efficient Derek welcomed us immediately and professionally listened to why we were visiting and of our possible interests. After a few questions he offered a test drive and within a few minutes my wife and I were in the car. Derek went over the key features and we were off for a test drive. When we returned the Manager, Harold came out to introduce himself and expressed appreciation for our visit. Derek then spent time to understand how we wanted to proceed and made several suggestions. Meanwhile Harold was doing an appraisal on our Accura RDX trade-in. After a few signatures, meeting with Kara to finalize financing and arrangements to pick up our new Volvo XC-60 T5 in a few days we departed - stress-free and quite happy with our experience.
