Spoke with Derek Nickerson on the phone explaining we were really interested in the ability to tow a boat and a horse trailer. I did some on line research before going in and realized Volvo isn't really into towing. However a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee was on line and on the lot at the Volvo dealer in Plymouth which is affiliated with Volvo Cape Cod. When I explained to Derek, he had the car driven down to Hyannis for us to look at. (Nice!) It turns out Derek used to work at the affiliated Premier Jeep dealership on the Cape, so he was very familiar with the JGC line. Business manager Mark Cadin was very helpful with Allstate warranty info and sales paperwork. (Did you know you can get a rebate of your MV excise tax on a trade-in? Mark provided us the form.)
