I basically cold-called the dealership to arrange a test drive and Derek Nickerson set me up with a test drive on my schedule. I am very satisfied with Derek's level of attention and straight-forward discussions of the vehicles I was interested in. He was very patient and accommodating, answering all questions and pointing out details that I would have overlooked. He was very courteous and respectful of what I was after. When my wife visited for a followup test drive, he answered all of her questions in a courteous, straightforward way, not overly pushy and in a down-to-earth manner. My wife was impressed with that and certainly appreciated the experience. Derek took care of all of the nitty gritty details of the buying process, explaining all of the options, terms and what the overall process would be. He would followup with phone calls that were not at all intrusive - simply letting me know where things stood. On the day I picked up the vehicle, Derek sat with me in the car to go through all of the various functions on the vehicle. Mark C., the business manager, also went through all the paperwork side and clearly explained the various warranty options etc. He was also very courteous and attentive. The slightly elevated prices however are countered by superior service and a knowledgeable staff. I had numerous questions and my sales representative Michael Mullen consistently responded in a timely manner. Once I made the decision to purchase a vehicle, Mike walked me through the process, provided real-time progress updates and provided a concise and informative demonstration of all my vehicles controls and options, so I drove off the lot with an increase level of vehicle familiarity and comfort. I highly recommend Mike as a sales representative for a VIP level service and sales interaction. More

Best experience ever We walked into this dealership looking to test drive a used XC60. We were immediately greeted by a courteous receptionist and she introduced us to Ethan Harrington. We explained to him what we were looking for and he immediately told us that there were several used XC60s on the lot and asked us if we would like to drive one. We said we would. He brought us out to a white one with two tone leather seats. Both my wife and I told him we didn't care for the seats and he immediately said it was no problem. He next showed us a 2017 gray XC60 with black leather seats. We drove it, unaccompanied, and decide we liked it. We returned to the showroom and advised him that we liked the car. We told him that we were trading in a 2016 Honda CRV. The trade in value he gave us was extremely generous and reduced the purchase price of the XC60 to within our budget. We agreed to buy the car. This dealer ship contacted our insurance company and had the XC60 added to the policy and the Honda deleted They contacted the RMV and had the registration prepared and delivered to us. They also had the car inspected. We didn't have to do any of the running around. When we picked up the car, Ethan spent close to an hour with explaining in detail all of the instrumentation and safety features of the car. Ethan was competent, professional and knowledgeable. He made our experience with this dealership the best we have ever had. No hastles. No back and forth to the Sales Manager. I would recommend this dealership and especially Ethan Harrington very highly. More
