Convenient & energetic new dealership facility & staff Have been to 2 dealerships before this one - driving my brand new X90 that has so many features I've already needed many return visits to learn them. Have been to 2 dealerships before this one - driving my brand new X90 that has so many features I've already needed many return visits to learn them. I was told that that this Cape Cod dealership doesn't work on commission and I was wishing I had bought the car here. At the most basic level, I have driven almost 2,000 miles thinking the car seat was never going to make me happy. I made many attempts to adjust the driver's seat yet couldn't get it to a comfortable position for me. That is until I had help from Edwin who actually knew what I was doing wrong and helped me adjust the seat to where I was genuinely satisfied. Huge relief! I was starting to think I had bought the wrong car. This is but one of many other features he clarified -- not because other dealerships didn't try -- but because he truly understands (and loves) the workings of the car! This is a guy who loves the Volvo product and his job teaching buyers how to love it too. More
