I dropped my Volvo XC 60 off to have the A/C fixed. They charged me $800 to fix the problem. My A/C stopped working less then a month after it was fixed. I dropped the car off and they now say it will cost $3,800 plus tax to really fix the A/C problem. THIS IS INSANE!!! More

My wife and I had a less than desirable experience. The dealership failed to deliver the car in a timely manner. The salesman Carlo tried everything to get us the car but it was not working. The sales manager only reached out once to explain the situation. He said he would update me in a day or two but never called again. I would not feel comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone. More

They do not stand behind their cars. The Volvo XC 60 is a terrible car fraught with SO MANY issues. My car has practically been at the dealer more than on the road. The dealer solution was to help me only if I was willing to lease or buy another new Volvo. Not even a used one. They have fixed, and fixed, and fixed the same problems over and over. Excellent service with last minute need — screw in my tire and it was loosing air — it was Saturday afternoon. The waiting area is comfortable including a plush sofa with large screen TV.
