Having expereinced a major accident late last year I can tell you first hand that their collision dept. will do all they can for you. My goal was to get my car back-- not to have it totaled. It was a close call-- through careful sourcing & unbeleiveble patience, Shannon & her team returned my beloved station wagon to me. It was like new-- beautifully restored. The service team is equally awesome too-- John, Melanie, Dan, Mike are wonderfully courteous, caring, friendly and constantly go over and above the call of customer service duty. I'm truly greatful all these folks are there at the ready, whenever our family's aging "fleet" of cherished Volvos need a shot in the arm to keep on trucking!!! More
